Rules of the Society

Friends of Rooney Blue. Small Society of People Who Are Seven.

1. Members must be seven. Exceptions are made constantly.

2. Hats are encouraged for secret missions. Sunglasses are encouraged indoors.

3. Fort-building takes priority over most things.

4. Everyone gets a turn with the binoculars.

5. Members may resign at bedtime, and rejoin at breakfast.

6. On your birthday, you may submit one new rule for approval.

7. New members are always welcome, if they know the password. Nobody knows the password.
