These are the terms for using rooneyblue.com and buying from Rooney Blue, which is run by Lake House Studio LLC in Seattle, Washington. Using the site or placing an order means you agree to them.

Orders

When you place an order we send a confirmation email. That's us accepting it. If something goes wrong, a size sells out or a price was wrong on the site, we'll email you, fix it or refund you, and not charge you for anything we can't send.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and don't include shipping or sales tax, which are added at checkout. We charge your card when the order is placed. We can change prices at any time, but never for an order you've already placed.

Shipping and returns

Shipping times, costs, and our return policy are on the Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these terms. The short version: underwear that's been worn or tried on can't be returned, unworn pieces in their packaging can within [30] days, and if the size is wrong we'll swap it.

Accounts and the list

You don't need an account to buy. If you make one, keep your password to yourself and tell us if someone else gets into it. Joining the list means you're okay with the occasional email from us. Leaving it is one click.

Our stuff

The Rooney Blue name, the wordmark, the drawings, the photos, and the words on this site belong to Lake House Studio LLC. Please don't copy them or put them on your own products. Sharing a link or a photo of your kid in our underwear is not what we mean, that's lovely.

Being decent

Don't use the site to do anything illegal, break into it, scrape it, or bother other customers. We can refuse or cancel orders that look fraudulent.

What we're responsible for

We make our products carefully and describe them honestly. Beyond that, the site and products are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Lake House Studio LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is what you paid for it. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. If we have a disagreement, email us first and we'll try to sort it out. If that doesn't work, it goes to the courts in King County, Washington.

Changes

We can update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. Orders are covered by the terms in place when you placed them.
